In case you wish to return the product to us purchased from www.mantradiamond.com , we’ll happily exchange it for you or offer you a refund on the basis of the policy detail below.
Note: No GST, making charges/ stamping charges/ design charges will be paid.
Diamond Jewellery – invoice value.
In all cases, the current material value of diamonds and gemstones and the current rate of gold will be decided at the sole discretion by Mantra Diamond.
Please also note that we will deduct value of any offer availed (including any discount or free gift) at time of purchasing the product, if applicable in your case.
Please note – Shipping charges shall be borne by the customer if your product fall outside of our Return Policy.
Refund & Exchange Policy
To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Returns & Exchange policy, Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back and claim refund & exchange within the policy time frame and we will ensure that the entire amount is refunded to the customer’s account within 10 working days after receiving the product back with us. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.
This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like diamond certificate & original invoice.
In case you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the full amount charges after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
For custom made Products, Watch, Watch Accessories and loose diamonds, please choose carefully as we do not accept cancellations of or changes to orders or accept returns of products once an order is submitted to us if you simply change your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights or remedies to have products repaired or replaced, or obtain a refund, if there are problems with the products.
You are responsible for the costs of returning products, and must return the products to us using an insured courier service that provides tracking.
Please note This facility can be availed only one time.
Cancellation Policy
In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.
Order can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days. In case of cancellation pre-dispatch cancellation fees of 2% will be levied and balance 98% will be refunded back to the account.
Please note that customised products and loose diamonds may only able to be cancelled within 48 hours of placing an order, and due to the nature of the product, may not be able to be cancelled at all.
We may cancel an order that we have already accepted, if we suspect that you are acting fraudulently or if you are in breach of any of these Terms.

Every package of product purchased from www.mantradiamond.com will reach to your doorstep in a durable condition and in a tamper-proof packing. We will dispatch through any courier partners depending upon their serviceability in the shipping address.

Delivery to Identified Person
Customer needs to enter the correct details of Consignee / Recipient Name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the Government of India) with complete Address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. As the product reaches the destination, at the time of delivery, the recipient will have to provide any of the below mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Drivers License
- Voters ID
We make sure that delivery is made with the help of courier agent after checking the identity proof of the recipient and the courier agent confirms the same. To make sure that the delivery is safe and secured, the courier agent will note down details of the recipient’s identity proof. During this process, the receiver is expected to cooperate with the agent by providing with original copies of identity proof for identification.
Delivery Location:
Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location.The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility.

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the terms and conditions of Courier Company. Any kind of discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of product.

Sale of products
The Customer agrees and acknowledges that in the Website all Product(s) are offered only at the sole discretion of the Seller for a restricted time and only for the available supply/till stock lasts. Prices on the website are subjected to change without any prior notice, as the prices are calculated using current prices of precious metals and gems.
The Seller also reserves the right to put a limit on the number of items purchased or orders placed through this Website. In addition the Seller also reserves the right to put a monetary limit/value cap in terms of Indian Rupees upto which only the Customer may place order(s) on this Website. Additionally, the Seller also reserves the right to put a condition that each order placed by the Customer on this Website must be above a certain minimum monetary value in terms of Indian Rupees.
Trademark
The Customer agrees, acknowledges, confirms and undertakes that in any event and at any point of time whatsoever the Customer shall not do all or any of the following: (a) tamper with or alter Seller’s trade mark, service mark, symbol, marking, abbreviations thereof or any brand or hallmark symbol displayed/etched/stamped on the Product(s), or (b) add, in any manner whatsoever, any trade mark, service mark, symbol, marking, abbreviations thereof or any brand or hallmark symbol on the Product(s) or (c) do or cause to be done any act or thing, directly or indirectly impairing or affecting the right, title and interest of the Seller to the Intellectual Property Rights in relation to the Product(s). This Agreement provides the Customer with a personal, revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferrable license to use this Website, provided, the Customer complies with and continues to comply with this Agreement. The Customer may use this Website solely for his personal, non-commercial use, and the Customer may download a single copy of the materials from this site only for personal, non-commercial home use, as long as Customer agrees not to remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the materials downloaded.
